Next Steps:
Please note, you will receive a confirmation email within one week from date of purchase outlining next steps and a group trip travel agreement to review/sign. All guests must sign and return their travel agreement to join the trip.
Closer to the trip, each guest will receive an invitation to join our GroupMe travel channel (this is mandatory for either yourself or your roommate to join).
Payment Plan:
Please note, if you sign up on a Shade & Travel pricing plan, payments will be automatically deducted from the card you use at checkout, every month on the same date. If the payment fails to go through during your pricing plan, guests will have 1 week to submit payment via Zelle or risk forfeiting their spot.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note, to the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments received on a Shade & Travel pricing plan are non-refundable (traveler-initiated) and we do not provide any refunds. However, if a trip does not meet the minimum amount of travelers, Shade & Travel will forfeit the trip and all payments will be refunded.
