Day 1
Settling In + Welcome Party
Arrive around 3:00 PM at Hewanorra International Airport. We will shuttle over to the west coast of the island and head to our echo luxe villa.
Guests will be welcomed with refreshments upon arrival and guided through the property on a tour by the local house manager.
After settling in, Shade & Travel guests will head to the beautiful lush gardens on site and experience a magical welcome party to celebrate the start of our group trip.
Day 2
Private Yacht Excursion
On this day, guests will board a luxury private charter for a half day excursion. This charter features a premium vessel, full bar with mixologist and authentic creole lunch to feast on. Guests will have the option to snorkel through crystal clear waters and visit secluded coves. On our return, guests can sit back and relax or join in on a Caribbean dance party.
After our excursion, we will return to our private villa leaving guests the freedom to enjoy the night however they see fit.
Day 3
Enjoy Soufriere / Optional R&R Experience
General Itinerary (Core Experience)
Ready to sit back, relax and sip cocktails? Today is the day to simply lay by the pool, hit the beach and enjoy your time in lovely St. Lucia without any set plans.
In-Villa Massages (*Add-On Option)
If guests are in need of R&R – They can escape to paradise with a personalized massage or facial following breakfast.

Day 4
Sapphire Falls & Jungle Expedition
General Itinerary (Included in Core Experience)
Ready to explore St. Lucia's hidden beauty without the tourist crowds? Today, guests will embark on an action packed sight-seeing adventure!
First, we will begin the tour with a short hike to Sapphire falls. On the hike, guests will be completely immersed in nature! Once we've arrived at our destination, guests will have the opportunity to swim in four completely private waterfalls and thermal baths.
Next, our native tour guide will explain the history and benefits of mud baths before allowing each guest the chance to take a mud bath themselves. After our mud baths, guests will be served seasonal fruits and authentic creole lunch before heading back to the villa.
Day 5
Heading Home
On the morning of this day, we'll eat breakfast and shuttle over to the airport and depart for our flight back to NYC (JFK).
Booking Information / Payment Options
Guests can join this group trip either in pairs of (2) or (3) and share a private room in the villa. The below payment options reflect pricing based on one-half of the two or three person bundle. To secure your spot, each guest will have to pay a deposit ranging from $330 - $421 or pay for the trip in full. Please note, the deposit price reflects on whether guests are in pairs of (2) or (3) and/or if flight is included. All of our trips can be paid for in full or through a Shade & Travel pricing plan. Our eco luxe villa is an extraordinary open air living experience. With at least one wall in every room opening to the elements. Be prepared to experience the serenity of the natural environment, exotic gardens and friendly wildlife (including birds that may pay you a visit at breakfast and tree frogs that will sing you to sleep).

Please note, like all tropical destinations, mosquitoes are present. In the rainy season (June-November) you can encounter midges and mosquitoes. To help counter bites during the day and night, the top tip is to cover up with long, loose clothing, use repellent with frequent re-application, and drop mosquito nets when resting or sleeping in bed. The magical experience of our eco luxe villa is only sustainable by being mindful of the environmental footprint on the island.
