Day 1

Settling In + Welcome Party

Arrive around 2:30PM at Grantley Adams International Airport. We will shuttle over to our hotel (approximately thirty minutes from the pickup point).

Guests will be welcomed with refreshments upon arrival and given a tour of our boutique hotel.

After settling in, Shade & Travel guests will meet on the property's lush gardens for a welcome dinner + meet and greet.

Day 2

Private Yacht Excursion

On this day, guests will board a luxury private charter for a half day excursion. This charter features a premium vessel, full bar with mixologist and an authentic Bajan lunch to feast on. Guests will have the option to snorkel through crystal clear waters and visit secluded coves.

After our excursion, we will return to the hotel leaving guests the freedom to enjoy the night however they see fit.

Day 3

Enjoy Barbados / Optional Night on the Town

General Itinerary (Core Experience)

Ready to sit back, relax and sip cocktails? Today is the day to simply lay by the pool, hit the beach and enjoy your time in lovely Barbados without any set plans.

Oistin's Friday Night FishFry (*Add-On Option)

On Friday night particularly, the big thing to do in town is head to the fish fry at Oistins Bay Gardens. Visitors and locals come to eat, dance and hangout before hitting the bar and club scene. Join us for a night out followed by a pub crawl. Please note, this experience will include a private car to Oistin's that also makes stops at popular bars in St Lawrence.

Day 4

Full Day Tour (Underground Cave + Tram Experience, Private Rum Tasting, Sight-Seeing & Animal Sanctuary)

General Itinerary (Included in Core Experience)

Ready to explore famous Barbados attractions? Today, guests will embark on an action packed sight-seeing adventure!

Guests will connect above ground with nature on an experiential walk; go below to see stunning centuries-old caves from the comfort of an electric tram.

Next, guests can enjoy Barbados' historic animal sanctuary and witness the legendary green monkey animal feeding.

Lastly, we will head to the Animal Flower Cave, where guests can explore and swim in natural rock pools.

Day 5

Heading Home

On the morning of this day, we'll eat breakfast and shuttle over to the airport and depart for our flight back to NYC (JFK).

Booking Information / Payment Options

All guests must have a roommate for this group trip. The below payment options reflect pricing based on one-half of the two person bundle. To secure your spot, each guest will have to pay a deposit ranging from $325 - $386 or pay for the trip in full. Please note, the deposit price reflects on if flight is included. This trip can be paid for on a 7 month payment plan. All of our trips can be paid for in full or through a Shade & Travel pricing plan. Of note, a 3% tax will be added at the checkout page for all trip offerings. Pricing will reflect.
